I found out from Germar Rudolf who was recently interviewed by Caroline Yeager (who doesn't like me), that Germany is still listed as an "enemy nation" by the United Nations.
Below is the Charter of the United Nations, which was signed on June 26, 1945, by China, Russia, Great Britain, France and the United States. The Charter states that:"The term enemy state ... applies to any state which during the Second World War has been an enemy of any signatory of the present Charter."Amendments to the Charter have been made, the last I believe was 1971, but no amendment has ever been made to the status of the defeated Axis powers in WWII. So the following countries are still officially an "enemy state" according to the United Nations:
Germany
Japan
Italy
Hungary
Romania
Bulgaria
Yugoslavia
Thailand
Finland
San Marino
Iraq

Germany also has no peace treaty until today.

The mentioned 3. October actually was not the
day of the fall of the Berlin wall. It was 9.
November.
But since Reichskristallnacht also was on a
9. November, politicians found that it would
not be a good idea to make this day to a
national holiday and choosed 3. October.
