These are well fed laborers. What national-group? I notice the Red Army man in the background. Such propaganda! This might be an example of a re-enactment, many were done by both the UK/USA and USSR in their respective zones, sometimes a year later. The photos are seen on reputable websites as though they are photographs of the actual liberation!
