Mengele had two histories, the regular bad guy, science was not science brutal lonely and scared all his life till 1979 when he died, and one history that has him as an Ipssimus and programmer for Monarch programming related to MK Ultra and all a combination of whatever works best at traumatising and disassociating those in its grasp for the reasons of brainwashing. It is about Monarch Programming...in a nice way, and argues Mengele did have the role I imagine that must be true
or why fake our meeting in 2002 when he wes 93 years old and seemed to be poking me in the throat though I
did not realise it was he till 9 years later, and I was going over my original research.see the link, and I looked at photos
on a Mengele forum site. Yes, it all seems to be what people say it is, maybe everybody is copying everybody else
or it suits the folk paying the bills for us to be double scared with his name, Thing is if he was an Ipssimus he was doing stuff
for the people who got him to that "stage" of awareness, and we are looking at someone with actus rea but not mens rea.
